Seven minutes to charming downtown Sandpoint, five to the beach and boat launch at Springy Point, 15 seconds to water access and stocked fishing ponds, and twenty to the ski lifts at Schweitzer.

Good to know

  • Check-in is after 3pm and check-out before 11am, with self check-in by keypad.
  • No parties or events. Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am.
  • No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property.
  • The soaking tubs are deep: fill them halfway or less and spread out showers and baths, as the hot water takes about two hours to reheat.
  • When you leave, cover the hot tub and ice bath, close the sauna door, and leave the house as you found it.
  • Guests must be 22 or older to book.
